  • Daniel Jung - President

    Daniel is a junior at Pusch Ridge Christian Academy. Daniel founded SOCA Charity Mission in 8th grade with some of his friends, motivated from seeing the less fortunate families of Tucson struggle. Daniel is currently the president of the SOCA Charity Mission and hopes to expand the range of his group’s services in the near future.

  • Donovan Mcgehee - Vice President

    Donovan is a junior in Pusch Ridge Christian Academy. Donovan helped Daniel start the SOCA Charity Mission and has been helping him out with charity events ever since middle school. Donovan, with his calm and composed demeanor, keeps Daniel in check and helps him stay organized. Donovan also loves to help others and hopes that one day, his team’s efforts spread to areas outside of Tucson.

  • Chase Hoel - Ambassador

    Chase is a junior in Pusch Ridge Christian Academy. Chase, along with Donovan, helped Daniel start the SOCA Charity Mission and has been helping him out with charity events ever since middle school. Chase, with his natural public speaking skills, hopes that he can encourage and influence his peers to step up and contribute to their community.

  • Zahid - Site Coordinator

    Zahid is a refugee from Afghanistan who moved to Tucson with his family in May 2019. Zahid is passionate about helping refugees like him thrive in a new environment, and he displays his passion through regularly volunteering to help out the refugees in Tucson get situated and provide them with food and supplies. Zahid currently works at Charleys Philly Steaks in the Tucson Mall to support his family.

  • Joshua Kim - Co-founder

    Joshua is a senior at the BCA. Joshua helped Daniel start the SOCA Charity Mission and specializes in helping the needy through yard sales and other fundraising events in his hometown of Leonia, New Jersey. Joshua is passionate about helping handicapped people and wishes to study bio-medical engineering in Boston University to fulfill his goal of developing prosthetics and other devices that will assist the handicapped.
